Luxuri Transportation is a chauffeured car service operated by Elite Black Rides LLC (“Luxuri Transportation,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit book.luxuritransportation.com, book a ride or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Booking details: the passenger’s name, mobile number and e-mail; the name, phone and e-mail of a contact person if you book for someone else; the name for the chauffeur’s sign; pickup and drop-off locations, stops, date and time; flight details for airport pickups; the number of passengers, children and bags; and the vehicle you choose.
- Payment details: card details are entered directly into the secure form of our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Text-message consent records: if you opt in to texts, we record the time, your mobile number, the exact wording you agreed to, and your IP address and browser.
- Account details: if you sign in, your login details and booking history.
- Messages to us: what you send us by phone, text or e-mail.
- Technical information: information your browser sends when you use the site, such as your IP address and browser type, which we use to run and secure the site.
How we use your information
- To quote, book, schedule and complete your rides, including assigning a chauffeur and timing airport pickups to your flight.
- To take payment and to send confirmations, changes, cancellations and receipts.
- To send ride texts and, if you opted in, event offers and promotions (up to 4 a month).
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To keep our service safe, prevent fraud, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide our service:
- Your chauffeur receives what is needed for your ride, such as the passenger’s name, mobile number, pickup details and flight.
- Service providers that work for us: payment processing (Stripe), text-message delivery, website hosting and data storage, and maps and address lookup. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, chauffeurs or others.
- Business transfer: if our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The sharing described above does not include text-message opt-in data and consent. We do not share those with any third party, except the companies that deliver our texts, which use your mobile number only to deliver them.
Text messages
If you tick the text-message box when you book, we text the mobile number you entered: ride texts about your bookings, and event offers and promotions, up to 4 a month. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by phone or e-mail. See the text-message section of our Terms & Conditions.
Cookies and browser storage
Our booking site uses cookies or browser storage that it needs to work, such as keeping your booking in progress and keeping you signed in. It does not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to provide our service and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We keep text-message consent records as proof of your consent, including after you opt out.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by e-mailing eliteblackrides@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records to meet legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
Our booking site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
